Join IFFBoston and the Mass Production Coalition for the Eighth Annual Student Short Film Showcase, where short films selected by and representing thirteen local colleges and universities will be screened. This program is free and open to the public.

KEYTAR BEAR (Suffolk University)
A street busker dedicates his life to uncovering and defeating the evils that plague his home. Unable to work within the system, he instead creates a new identity, a symbol of fear for the criminal underworld—Keytar Bear.

PÓPO (Boston University)
Set in Boston, the film follows a family of Hong Kong immigrants during the final stage of a loved one’s life, offering an intimate, unembellished portrait of their time together within the context of hospice care.
